There are a number of paramedic positions available at Lynchburg General Hospital - Centra Health, Inc. Lynchburg General Is a Level II Trauma Center located at the foot of the Blue Ridge Mtns in Central VA. They have one of the busiest EDs in the state with over 75,000 vists per year. The also staff Virginia State Police Helicopter, Med-Flight III. For more info on jobs, go to www.centerhealth.com

Cool, got the link to work. Are all jobs there in house jobs and not on an EMS unit?

The current posted jobs are in the Chest Pain Center, Triage Facilitator, and inter-facility transport. Pay range is 11.60 - 18.53 per hr. Shift can be 4, 8, or 12 hours. Full-time is 32-40 hrs per week.

The Williston Fire & Ambulance is looking for applications for employment. We will have an opening soon for the replacement of one of our EMT-P. We would prefer a EMT-P but will take all applications. We do fire and ambulance. There is always 2- on ambulance and one on the fire truck. You will be trained on the job for fire. The starting range of a paramedic would be range 19 step 6. The base salary is $ 2,077.00. With that
you have longevity, Holiday pay. For more of the specifics please write.
