Currently a paramedic in a dive boat(commercial) in the Gulf of mexico.
Our protocols are quite extensive beyond the 12 mile limit. Antibiotics, Sutures, RSI, Etc.
Anyone else doing this?:beer:

We pick them up when they come off the boats here at the port.

I fish there and go crabbing there. Nate is in Texas, I am in Louisiana but a ways up from your port there.

trans-Alaska pipeline - yep, and well within the 12 mile limit.
