Lowband Radio

I was wondering if anyone could offer help in finding a portable radio. I am looking for a low band radio. When I say "low band", I mean in the 33.000 frequency. This radio can be new or used, but must be in good condition and reasonably priced, as I am purchasing it with my own money (and where I work, I don't make much) Anyway, help would be greatly appreciated in finding a radio.
