One thing to point out. The salary listed is BASE pay. Our annual salary is more when you add our holiday pay, built in OT, night shift differential and meal allowance for the year. I don't remember if I am forgetting anything or not. I make about $4000 more a year than what my annual salary is and I don't work many if any OT shifts.

There are initial pay step perks for those with degrees also if you have the degree when hired. You can hire in at up to step 5 with a bachelors degree.

Nope, not much snow at all, but I tell you, I am colder here that I ever been. For some odd reason it was in the low 30's last night. It was miserable. I am colder here than I ever was up north, it is a damp miserable cold.
